Havent read this book ,but guess its just another info mercial like all his others.
By the way,he once told me to f... off ,when I started criticising his "secret" rubbish,and his mate anthony robbins for using vulnerable people for their own aims.

This is a poorly structured and convoluted book that doesn't deliver on any of its promises.
It is more about selling Joe Vitale and the work of his cronies.
I have read 3 books by Joe Vitale and listened to 2 audio programs and they all have one thing in common.
The teachings aren't clearly set out but instead are buried within self-publicizing anecdotes, which invariably contain references to other books or programs that Joe or his friends have created.

O dear...This is acctually THE WORST book I have ever read. And like one of previous reviewers, I also threw it out. The book is about another "ancient method" to make all yours dreams come true. You just have to repeat four phrases: " I love you. Forgive me. I am sorry. And thank you." Who do you have to say it to? To the Divine, of course! I got tired of the constant references to the 'attractor factor' and other materials. It felt like an advertising campaign. I also agree with others that the book does not actually deliver what it promises, it gives an outline of the process and then promotes a web site and more downloadable materials - for a price!
