Essy to read, bite sized chuncks. Intresting suggestions and you can also go onlne and print a cheat sheet, its really good. Its compact as well so not a big copy like most in the range (size is about paperback so great to take with on trains ect) best informtion was not to write "clean house" but to break it down" dust wood, vacum livig room floor, wash dishes" i use it for open uni course to break it down, honestly it helps so much!!

This book has a few good ideas and is easy to read like the rest of the 'for Dummies' series. If you are a teacher or anyone else with virtually no options at work this book will not help you. You can't delegate, choose when you receive work, say no or block out your diary to deal with e-mails etc. If you have some control at work or home then the book gives some good basic advice that could save you a lot of time and heartache.

I've only had a chance to flick though some of the chapters in this book, and I'm very impressed so far. I've only had the chance to read about 20% of it. I really haven't had the time, lol! I'm sure I'll more time to do things once I'm done with this book.

The first time I read all of it while implementing some of the useful information. But - just like a diet - I slackened and soon started wasting time again.
So this time I picked those chapters which are important to me ... and they put me on the right track again.
Will I fail another time? Who knows, but as soon as I notice it I will pick up Clare's book and take what I need to sort out my time.
It's a brilliant book to read ... Read More

I have been reading Clares book for the past few weeks , and as I have found a good idea ,I have adopted it and put it into practice .
The acid test is that the ideas you learn stick and you adopt new good habits .. and I have and I feel more in control.
The style of the book is refreshing , it is conversational as if you were actually attending one of Clare's teleclasses.
The key is that amongst all the common sense are some tips and tricks that actually work.
