This is a review of the Harry Potter (adult version) box set.
Comments: The back portion of the box was ripped when I received it. Looks like someone tried to lift it using the top of the box resulting with the back portion being ripped (almost 80% was ripped).
As for the books, there are some things they could have improved on. 1) There's no table of contents; 2) There's no cartoon or drawing at the start of every chapter; 3) The binding was of glue; 4) No ribbon to mark the pages where ... Read More

I love it.
I already had the books, but from different editions and not all of them in english. I wanted to have them from the same edition and for it to be something special at the same time.
I decided on this set because I loved the box as soon as I saw it. It is everything I expected it to be. Te box looks fantastic on the shelf.

After my previous collection of Harry Potter books was destroyed in a flood I bought this as a replacement. The box is lovely and makes the books look even more amazing!! It was delivered in perfect condition and really fast. . . ordered it on Sat and it was here by Mon!!!

The shipping time wasn't too long, but the packaging left much to be desired. Considering it was traveling internationally, there was very little outer protection. The collector's box was damaged in half the corners (one of them severely), and the edges were creased and no longer sharp. Book 1 and 7 were slightly smooshed as a result. If it weren't dropped into a box essentially the same size as the box set, it might have fared better.
