Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I will get rich
I read this book non-stop as soon as it popped through the post slot in my door. It is witty, funny and straight forward. No self-help... just cold hard facts on how to get rich and I loved it. Far better than any other book I have read on how someone can build wealth... after all, as Felix Dennis states, ''Getting rich is a knack... a knack that can be acquired!'' 5 stars from me. Excellent reading! I'd work for Mr Dennis any day with 1000% commitment.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Honest, inspirational, generous and very funny!
This book is now my desktop companion and I dip into it for inspiration and relief whenever I have a minute.

Felix Dennis tells it like it is. He takes the mystique out of self-making and explains that becoming a successful entrepreneur, like every other worthy goal in life, has its price. He may sound brutal (he doesn't believe that life is fair), non-egalitarian (he believes that while wealth is open to all only a few have what it takes to claim it) and preposterous (he does not tolerate ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - So good I read it twice.
First, a warning: this book does not tell you "how to get rich", despite the confident title. What it does instead is tell the reader how the author, Dennis, amassed his fortune.

Dennis is witty, always, and a great story-teller. He tangentialises frequently, and so the book is not for the reader who wants strict bullet-style writing.

But why have I given it 5 stars, if the content is clearly not what it says on the tin? The reason is that everything Dennis has to say will help ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Felixe is a living legend
Felix Dennis is the first person to lay bare how difficult it is to become rich and how it will ruin your friendships and make you selfish and paranoid and so many other things - and yet in this frank account of how he amassed his £750M fortune I'm only encouraged to keep going and to get there myself.

A frank and realistic account of a great life story that continues with Felix's poetry today - the mans a legend!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Read between the lines
I bought this book in an airport departure lounge and was hooked before I boarded the plane. If you take this book at face value then you're missing the point. If you think reading this book is going to get you rich then you're missing the point. What this book will tell you is whether you are the kind of individual who can make the sacrifices required to become rich. Anybody who lusts at the idea of being stupidly wealthy should read this book, and after finishing it ask themselves if they really have the ... Read More
