I think this is quite a good book for inexperienced publishers. However, if you have some years experience with GA this book doesn't really reveal any secrets nor shows you how to crack the "adsense code".
For a beginner I will rate this book with 4 stars. For intermediate and or experienced publishers I cannot recommend this book.

The Adsense Code by Joel Comm is no nonsense just plain sense bible of everything you need to know to get the job done now! to make money with google adsense and other peoples products on your site. And thats just a small pinch of whats in this book.
Its written in a language even a novice will understand.

Could do better.
This bok deals with all adsense points with some very helpful tip for improving the CTR.
However the book is now a little out of date because of the latest adsense updates which now restrict some of the practices that the book advises on.
Still it is still worth it's price as any of the tips you implement should pay for the bok within 1 week.

There are so many good things I could say about this book. I have read many e-books by Joel Comm, but the feeling of sitting with this book along with a cup of coffee and simply just dwell into the world of AdSense marketing was wonderful.
It has long since become the dictionary of choice and the Table of Contents has many times been a valuable reference when reviewing this material for constant fine-tuning.
